Nate was called to the bar in 2023. He graduated from the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law in 2022 and completed his articles with Pollock and Company. After his call to the bar in June 2023, Nate joined Rees Dyck Rogala as an associate.

Before beginning his legal career, Nate grew up between Winnipeg and St-Pierre-Jolys in rural Manitoba. Nate went on to graduate from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History before attending law school at TRU in Kamloops, British Columbia.
